Halina Pham
Halina was called to the Alberta Bar in 2025. During her articles, she gained significant experience in family law matters. She works on a wide range of files and has appeared before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench. Halina supports clients as they navigate issues such as parenting, support, property matters, and protection orders. She recognizes that many family law disputes can be resolved through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution processes, but remains prepared to advocate for her clients before the court when required.
Prior to joining Forum Law, Halina earned her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta. She later completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Leicester.
Interests
Away from the office, Halina enjoys skiing, traveling, and exploring new foods along the way. She also values time with family and friends, often over a good board game.
