Ben was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He enjoys many activities outside of the practice of law including: golfing, tennis, squash, table-tennis and Pickle- ball. Ben has a strong friends and family network around Edmonton that he is close with
While in law school, Ben was the Executive Coordinator of Student Legal Services for 2011 and was an SLS Board member for 9 years after graduating. Ben was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013.
Ben has conducted Matters in the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of Kings Bench and Court of Appeal. Ben has also conducted matters in the NWT Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Ben has also appeared on Criminal matters in jurisdictions across Western Canada.
