Family Law

Billal is a lawyer who is committed to helping his clients handle family law issues respectfully and constructively. He adopts a problem-solving approach, listening closely, responding mindfully, and guiding clients with care. When negotiating a settlement is not possible, Billal will advance your matter through the courts with great care and diligence to achieve results. Billal has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta including the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal.

Administrative Law (Health Care Professionals)

Billal has represented a number of health care professionals before their regulatory tribunals in various disciplinary matters. He understands the difficulty clients find themselves in and strives to work collaboratively with individual colleges to obtain fair and just results for his clients, whether that means negotiating a settlement or running a hearing.
